- Document Packages: Generate accurate lay-up lists, edgeband take-offs, and optimized cut lists via Microvellum to push out to the manufacturing floor.
- Pre-Production Review: Thoroughly audit and cross-verify shop drawings, plan elevations, detail views, part dimensions, and nested programs for completeness and accuracy prior to releasing them to the machines.
- Machine Operations: Set up, calibrate, and safely operate key machinery including CNC machines, beam saws, edge banders, and other related machining department equipment.
- Quality Assurance (QC): Actively verify dimensions and edge treatments on processed parts. Gather and review QC sheets from team members as components finish machining to ensure strict quality benchmarks are met.
- Safety & 5S Maintenance: Maintain a pristine, organized, and hazard-free machinery footprint. Monitor and coordinate regular scrap removal, dust-collection health, and floor sweeping.
